I was looking for a place close to Nabana no Sato and it seemed to me that this hotel should be close enough. The staff are extremely helpful and even though some of them are not fluent in English, they were using apps to make sure that we can communicate and I can get all the necessary information. Breakfast buffet is also great for a hotel of this size.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The staff were all kind and helpful. The place is very close to the station. Convenience stores are close by. I was happy they have a selection of pillows that the customers may choose from to use for free.

The breakfast was quite good. The location was perfect for the Nagoshima Spa Land. Storing the luggage for a longer time was no probleｍ. Personal was very nice

Loved the pillow bar! That was unique and I’m used to softer pillows in Canada, so it was nice to pick one that suited my comfort needs. The rooms were clean which is a big factor for me. The staff was incredibly friendly, area was clean and only a few minutes from the train!

Breakfast was delicious, staff was helpful and kind! :) pillow bar is amazing! Free coffee in the lobby and convenience store nearby for other goods. I always stay here when I want to visit Nagashima. Unfortunately, it rained this weekend and we couldn't enjoy the park.

Pillow bar and breakfast are always nice. Bed is comfortable enough. There was a charger for phones on the desk and free WiFi. They always offer coffee and amenities in the lobby. :) Breakfast was offered to go for people who couldn't sit down to eat (not enough space)

Great location, convenient if you are visiting nagashima spaland, good breakfast included and room was clean.

Breakfast was nice, staff was very friendly! Easy to commute to Nagashima Spa Land and many other destinations. Kuwana station is just across the street, very easy access to bus and train transportation. On the first floor, you can request additional items for your room by choosing a card and giving to the front counter staff. Also, there is coffee service in the morning and evening, so you can drink anytime. :)

The hotel is just in front of Kuwana Station. The buffet breakfast is very good.
